In life, we are to work with what we are given, and be the best versions of ourselves. And -while not given much to begin with in my early life- the best of which I have fostered and trained for the better part of nearly two decades revolves around music, and the joy and artistry that follows. I am so thankful to have a passion that I can, not only speak in great length about, but show for it in myself as an artist, a professional musician, and a leader. I want to share a quote from the great John Coltrane,

“I want to be a force for real good. In other words. I know that there are bad forces, forces that bring suffering to others and misery to the world… I want to be the force which is truly for good".

This was taken from an interview immediately following the recording of his 1966 release of “Ascension”. Ever since I was a young child, I aspired to live up to everything about this quote. To serve the music, to serve the audience, to serve the world in music and in character. Music is a serious business, and it’s my business I share with the world, and one I do with care and joy. Whether it be in my artistry, my professional and contractual obligations, and everything in between, I work with detail and passion. My goal is to share that with you -the audience- in whatever way I can.
